Sweet Emily will be chasing her fifth victory this preparation in the $80,000 3YO and Upwards Hcp (1000 metres).
The speedy mare won first-up at Swan Hill before notching a further three wins from her past five starts — all at Moonee Valley.
Williams replaces Harry Coffey, who has been aboard the mare in all of her six starts this preparation.
The John and Chris Ledger-trained Secret Toy Bizness is set to resume from a 12-week let-up in the same race.
The locally-owned grey mare scored the biggest win of her career at Flemington on Oaks Day in the “all greys” race after a clever ride from Damian Lane.
Lane retains the mount, with Secret Toy Bizness set to carry topweight of 60 kilograms.

AMANDA Turnbull dominated Tuesday night at the Albury Paceway, claiming three of the four races she contested.
He’s Okey Dokey ($1.40 fav), Heza Prince ($1.40 fav) and Chumlee ($1.10 fav) all justified their short-priced quotes by winning easily.
Only the narrow defeat of Three Dee Delight ($1.20 fav) by Sweet Aces denied Turnbull a clean sweep.
The victories ensured the presence of the Turnbull stable at the club’s bumper Albury Pacing Cup meeting on February 28, with Hes Okey Dokey and Chumlee to contest the final of heat races run on Tuesday night.
Other highlights on the night apart from the $14,790 Albury Pacers Cup (2570 metres) will be the supporting races including the $10,200 2YO Jack Adams Memorial Pace (1770 metres), $10,200 Albury Derby (1770 metres) and the $10,200 String Of Pearls Pace (2170 metres).
