NORTH Albury footballer Jarrah Maksymow yesterday had three series of assault charges adjourned in Albury Local Court.

Maksymow, 22, appeared through a video link from Junee jail with solicitor Mark Cronin representing him in two matters.
Mr Cronin said he has sent representations to police over an incident where Maksymow allegedly broke a man’s jaw after a touch football event in October.
There are charges of reckless grievous bodily harm in company, two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and assault occasioning actual bodily harm in company pending from that incident.
Two days later Maksymow was allegedly involved in another incident at Thurgoona.
He has been charged with assault, intimidation and using a carriage service to menace from that incident.
Mr Cronin said Maksymow was pleading not guilty to those matters.
Magistrate Tony Murray ordered the preparation of a police brief of evidence in that case by March 23.
The charges relating to both cases were adjourned until March 24.
Maksymow has also been charged with reckless wounding in company, reckless grievous bodily harm, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, assault occasioning actual bodily harm in company and affray from a confrontation in the car park at the Boomermag Hotel on February 15.
He was expecting a solicitor from the Aboriginal Legal Service to represent him in that case.
But there was no solicitor at court and Mr Murray adjourned those charges for mention next Monday.
Mr Murray said pleas have to be entered to the matters.
