MOTORISTS are experiencing traffic delays on the Hume Freeway following a truck fire near Springhurst.
Speed limits have been reduced to 40km/h and one southbound lane has been closed as emergency crews attend the scene.
Wodonga Police say both lanes will close again around the time the truck is towed away but traffic should be expected to return to normal around midday.
Police could not say when the truck fire started.
Meanwhile, police are attending a rescue incident at Barnawartha.
A car is believed to have come off the road just north of the overpass at the Barnawartha exit.
More to come.
