The squad is made up of 44 players for the May 23 clash at Jindera.
High-profile recruits Josh Maher, John Spencer and Chris Taylor have been named, alongside proven performers Brett Doswell, Simon Hillier and Beau Walker.
Jindera mentor Josh Walker will again coach the team after leading it to a convincing win over Picola North-West last year.
Daniel Athanitis and Andrew Wilson will be Walker’s assistants, with John Murray named runner.
Walker said he had jumped at the chance to coach the team again.
“Representative football is something I’m passionate about — it was a great experience last year,” he said.
“Obviously having a win was a contributing factor.
“The squad looks to be a good balance of defenders, midfielders and forwards and is not just loaded up with midfielders.
“There is also a good mix of senior players with some talented kids and it will be good to showcase the young talent coming through.”
Walker said the squad would hold a recovery session on May 17, then train on the Tuesday and Thursday nights at Jindera.
The squad will be cut to 30 after the first training session, with the final 22 named after the second session.
The Tallangatta league will play Riverina for the title of the region’s premier competition at Wagga on the same day, with Picola to take on Farrer at the same venue.
