TRAFFIC delays are being experienced at Albury's Borella Road-Young Street intersection following the installation of new lights.

Traffic has been reduced to one lane through Borella Road and Guinea street and cars are reportedly banked up as far back as a block in all directions.
Some drivers are reporting getting stuck at the intersection for up to 20 minutes.
Motorists are advised to find alternative routes to avoid delays.
