To all of those persons who have stated that Sophie has a nasty disposition, etc have you all had personal contact with Sophie or were you just taking a line from the back-stabbing Tony Windsor?
And what are Mr Windsor’s credentials, formerly a National Party member in a very National and conservative electorate.
Why did he turn his back on those who originally supported him? So he turned to Labor and supported Julia Gillard, what a mess.
And why did he not contest the last election, he knew perfectly well that Barnaby Joyce, would beat him, so he turned his nasty disposition on Sophie.
Dave in the Debate column states that even the Nationals did not support Sophie. Yes, there was one who turned, that person being National Ken Jasper.
Mr Jasper received 34 years of support in the state seat of Murray Valley assuring voters that he strongly opposed all Labor Party directions. However, in the seat of Indi, when Mr Jasper supported Cathy McGowan, he knew perfectly well that Labor and the Greens preferences were going to be directed to McGowan, such is the credibility of some Nationals.
What do voters want — a strong determined, fierce, representative, or Ms McGowan, with her glossy words and nothing achieved?
