George Scott, 79, was last seen at his home in Yanco Court.
He said he was going to go for a drive to Melbourne in his Holden Commodore and has not been seen since.
The vehicle had personalised number plates with white writing and a green background, with the registration number POPS36.
Mr Scott suffers from a medical condition that requires medication.
Police issued two photos of Mr Scott on Sunday and are seeking information from the public.
He is about 175cm tall, of medium build and has a fair completion.
Mr Scott was last seen wearing a green cap, green jumper, blue flannelette shirt, jeans and black shoes.
He also wears prescription glasses.
Anyone who sees George or his vehicle is being urged by police to call Triple-0 immediately.
