The Pigeons trailed by 16 points just before half-time before rallying on the back of big games from Kayne Pettifer, Craig Ednie and Xavier Leslie.
“I thought we overused the ball in the first-half,” co-coach Drew Barnes said.
“We needed to get back to the basics at the stoppages.”
