Indi MP Cathy McGowan will launch the report on August 2 at the Wangaratta Performing Arts Centre after three months of community conversations.
Guest speakers at the event include Wodonga youth leader Jacqui Hawkins, Wangaratta Youth Council deputy mayor Corinne Antonoff and brothers Jake and Sam Bowtell, of Killer Pig productions.
