Flute, violin, harp, recorder, tin-whistle and bodhran players are invited to join a new ensemble.
From the thump of the bodhran to the airy rasp of the wooden flute, Celtic music is the traditional music of the Celtic countries including Ireland, Scotland, Wales and Brittany.
The ensemble had its first rehearsal at the Murray Conservatorium in Albury this week.
There were violin, cello, flute, tin-whistle, guitar and harp players and a percussionist.
A Murray Conservatorium spokeswoman said the ensemble welcomed more musicians.
The group will rehearse on Wednesdays between 4pm and 5pm at the Murray Conservatorium, 502 Dean Street. All level of players are welcome to join.
