Heather was initially charged by police on 25 counts of supplying drugs and released on bail.
But when officers went to his residence on Wednesday morning, they found an ice pipe, plastic bags and a small amount of ice.
Heather, 20, of Feathertop Circuit, admitted buying 3.5 grams of ice the previous week for $1400.
Five people had been supplied by him with three grams and Heather admitted getting only a small financial gain.
“Three grams is right up there with the traffickable amount,” magistrate Tony Murray said in Albury Local Court.
Solicitor Jason Hanke made a release application on Heather’s behalf, but it was rejected by Mr Murray.
Heather is charged with four counts of supply, drug possession and possessing a prohibited weapon without a permit.
The charges have been adjourned for mention until August 11.
Tendered police facts indicate drug squad officers went to Heather’s address on Wednesday looking for drugs and weapons.
They found knuckledusters which Heather said belonged to another person.
Two mobile phones he was holding were seized and text messages indicated evidence of drug supplying, with Heather later admitting it to police.
It was indicated police will review the content of both phones and further charges may be laid.
