The lodging of plans with Albury Council for development approval follows this week's opening of the trade skills centre and anticipated completion of the $6.6 million senior school building in November.
The infants centre includes classrooms and office space and will be located at the front of the school near the administration building.
Principal Steven O'Connor confirmed the plans had been lodged with council.
"We hope to begin construction in late November," he said.
"The plan is it will be ready for use in term three next year."
Canberra-based architects Clarke Keller have come up with the plans for the infants centre.
The same firm devised the layout for the trade skills centre and senior school.
Zauner Construction is building the senior school.
The Trinity campus student population will grow from 870 students presently to 970 next year.
Trinity's trade skills centre was supported by $1 milllion of federal government funding after $1.8 million was spent on a science centre about two years ago.
The total spend on buildings at the Thurgoona campus since opening in 2003 would be nudging $15 million.
Other education providers, Charles Sturt University and Border Christian College, are located near Trinity.
