The two-time Coleman medallist still has pins in his broken ankle, but hasn’t given up hope of returning just before the finals.
“I’ve never broken a bone before and I can sort of walk on it,” Fevola said.
“It just needs some physio.
“I see the surgeon on the 10th and we’ll go from there.”
Fevola, who has booted 39 goals, hasn’t played since suffering the injury against Lavington in round 11.
