Matthew Wishart, 20, had his first warrant issued in July by the Parole Board for traffic offences.
The second was issued by Albury Local Court for assault and larceny offences.
The man, known to visit Lavington, Thurgoona and Glenroy, is Caucasian with fair skin, brown eyes, black hair and is thin and about 170 to 175 centimetres tall.
