A MOTORIST survived a high-impact crash with a V/Line passenger train near Benalla on Thursday
The Benalla man's Mitsubishi Magna was struck by the southbound train at the Benalla-Yarrawonga Road level crossing about 2pm.
Yarrawonga resort takes a major step forward with hotel complex
IF there is any lingering doubt in the Yarrawonga area about the Silverwoods resort realising its full potential it evaporated on Thursday.
The owners, the Bozzo family, have made their biggest stake in the lifestyle and golf resort on the edge of the town with plans for a $35 million hotel complex overlooking Lake Mulwala.
