The Albury Evening CWA Branch already has 31 paid members since it was formed in February 2015.
With members ranging in age from 25 to 73, branch president Kate Schilg said the evening group suited many professional women.
“We’re the second-fastest growing CWA branch in NSW,” she said.
Branch publicity officer Kelly McGregor said the evening branch appealed to like-minded professional women and young mothers too.
“It’s filling a gap on the Border,” Ms McGregor said.
Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 7pm in the 2nd Albury Scout Hall.
