Savoury morsels included mini pork sliders, mini Moroccan lamb sausage rolls and mini Thai chicken sausage rolls.
The High Tea with Geoffrey Michael Patissier, which was a collaboration with the TAFE’s Certificate III in Patisserie students and teachers, opened to the public in The Valleys Restaurant in McKoy Street.
About 80 people enjoyed the fruits of the students’ work.
The high tea comes on top of the TAFE’s Trilogy of Food program.
The Molecular Gastronomy degustation will be held on Tuesday, September 15, and the Asian-inspired Banquet will follow on Tuesday, October 13.
