The high-flying full-forward, who kicked more than 400 goals during his career with the Swans in the late 1980s, will appear as an exhibitor at Henty with business partner Charlie Salerno.
The pair run a mobile coffee van business called Cappercinos but are better known as regular guests on Channel 9’s The Footy Show.
They will serve up coffee to field day visitors, along with autographed football memorabilia .
Post football, Capper’s career has ranged from stripper, metre maid and male escort to comedian, singer and contestant on Celebrity Apprentice Australia.
The Cappercino vans are adorned with Capper’s trademark blond locks and staff are outfitted in his leopard-print shorts serving cafe-style food.
Mr Salerno said the business had moved towards country events and working with local sports clubs to hold fundraising nights.
