Gallery 294’s annual Spring Madness exhibition of abstract works will run for the rest of September.
The show has attracted works from artists living across the region and aims to showcase their artistic diversity.
Gallery members Christine Upton and Brenda Tuddenham arranged the works in the special exhibitions room to create an overall effect of colour, energy and sheer joyfulness.
Highlights include Missy by Corowa artist Jane Keane and Rutherglen artist Jenny King’s Bali Colour.
Now in its eighth year, the gallery has introduced a new feature of allocating a room to a member to focus on their work.
Upton, the inaugural member of the month, is presenting some of her new directions in painting as well as her lino block prints. Gallery 294, Honour Avenue, Corowa, is open daily from 10am to 4pm. Entry is free.
