The loss will mean the Bulldogs will miss out on the Hume League grand final for the first time in seven years.
Jindera came out strong stealing an early centre from the Magpies, but the injury-plagued side couldn’t sustain the intensity for the full 60 minutes.
The black and whites were too good getting a 16-point lead at half-time and continued to extend the margin.
Bulldogs went into the game lacking two key players, Maria Ladgrove and Lucinda Morgan, who rolled her ankle at training just days before the match.
The side resorted to putting two B grade and two C grade players on the court.
Jindera coach Sarah Parker said despite their injury misfortunes, she is glad the side played in two good weeks of finals.
“It’s unfortunate we couldn’t take our usual side out onto the court,” she said.
“But it takes nothing away from the Magpies, they played a brilliant game.
Magpies defenders Sarah Anstee and Rhian Hohnberg played a major role in the defeat.
Coach Tegan Vogel said defence will be a big factor against BB Saints next week.
“Our defenders did not stop, they are our key in finals,” she said.
“We stayed composed and ran out the four quarters.
“The team who wins next week will be the one who sinks their goals and plays out the four quarters with out a lull.
“We will need to step it up a notch if we want to win.”
