Strolling through the dirt roads around the site, you can find plants, clothes, employment agencies, high-tech car modifications and handbags all within close proximity.

Polglaze carved a rabbit in a hat for her first show, which involved chainsaws and angle grinders followed by painting.
The Hastings-based artist spends about day working on each of her works and has created thousands of pieces in her 20 year career.
“I don’t think I’ve made my favourite piece yet … you just hope to get a bit better each time,” she said.
Neale Postlethwaite, of TPOS Fabrications, won the Henty machine of the year award for his axial throw flatrac, which was developed over 18 months.
