MITTA is the 2012 Tallangatta league premier after defeating a fast-starting Thurgoona at Sandy Creek.
Thurgoona bursted out of the blocks with a seven-goal first quarter, but only managed one more goal for the rest of the day, which came in the final quarter.
NORTH Wangaratta was simply too good for Whorouly in the Ovens and King grand final.
About 5000 people watched the Hawks win their first O&K flag since 1997, with Phil O'Keefe booting six goals for the victors, who stormed home with eight final-quarter goals at the W.J. Findlay Oval.
OSBORNE is into the Hume League grand final, defeated a fast-finishing Holbrook by 32 points.
