The German festival involves beer in steins and bratwurst sausages.
Venue manager Jodie Tiernan said several German brews and food would be available.
“We'll have German beer on tap with staff dressed for the occasion.”
The Oompah big band will perform Bavarian and top-40 hits with a German twist.
Ms Tiernan said the event would give patrons a chance to experience German culture.
“We start at noon and will be going through the day and night,” she said.
Hume Rotary Club came onboard and joined forces after it cancelled its October 4 event.
