Constable Kyllee Edis of Cobram police said the 19 year old males allegedly committed burglaries at a farm property and the Cobram Border Motorcycle Club on September 23 and 24, stealing a tractor.
They allegedly rode the tractor down River Road in Cobram, knocking down a series of 13 traffic signs and damaging the vehicle.
Police allege they also stole a generator and other power equipment from the Moira Model Aircraft Club on the same night.
After a forensic investigation by police, the three teenagers were arrested on Wednesday.
They were bailed to appear in the Cobram Magistrates Court in December.
Constable Edis said NSW police also interviewed two of the males over another alleged burglary on the same night, where a Gator vehicle was stolen from a Tocumwal property.
At one point, the teenagers alleged fired a shot from a gun in the vehicle.
Both the tractor and Gator vehicle were recovered, but were extensively damaged.
