Sproule will line-up for the AFL Academy against the AFL Allies at 10am in the curtain-raiser to the Hawthorn and West Coast showdown.
He will be joined by Murray Bushranger teammates Wil Brodie and Jy Simpkin.
Albury’s Nick Coughlan and Lachie Tiziani, Denilliquin’s Jake Marshall and Yarrawonga’s Max Canfield will play for the AFL Allies.
“There is nothing like testing yourself with and against the very best,” Bushrangers’ talent manager Lee Fraser said.
“All of these young men have a great opportunity to perform on the biggest stage of all.”
Henty’s Harrison Macreadie will also play for the AFL Academy, while former Lavington player Brydan Hodgson has been named in the Allies side.
The Allies are made up of 2015 draft prospects from the division two teams - NSW/ACT, Tasmania, Queensland and the Northern Territory.
