The Australian Army Band Kapooka will perform from 7pm to raise money for the Lockhart hospital auxiliary towards a CR digital X-ray machine for the Lockhart Multi Purpose Service.
The band will also run an afternoon workshop for the junior members of Lockhart District Band.
Established in 1952, the band performs throughout the Riverina and beyond.
A garage sale at 7 Ferrier Street, Lockhart, on Saturday during the Spirit of the Land weekend will also contribute to the appeal.
The auxiliary said it was halfway to its fundraising target of $86,500.
Concert tickets can be bought at Lockhart hospital or ring Larraine Hoffmann on 6920 6233 or 0427 204 051.
