Guest speakers will present to students from years 9 to 11 focusing on the themes happier, healthier, minds with an emphasis on anxiety and stress.
Workshops will aim to help 100 youngsters from Wodonga High Schools navigate through their schooling years.
The event will be held from 8.45am at La Trobe University in Wodonga on Thursday.
