An Albury woman accused of slashing a man’s neck last Thursday has been refused bail. A bail justice said she accepted police concerns that Lauren Jessie Ohlsen, 29, was too great a risk to the victim and the community given her mental health issues. Ohlsen was remanded in custody to appear in Albury Local Court on Monday.
