On one occasion, on August 14, the Albury teenager drove a car at high speed in what was a 50km/h residential area.
Green appeared in Albury Local Court via a video link to Junee jail.
He pleaded guilty through his solicitor, Sue Robey, to five separate groups of charges.
These are four counts of a second offence of drive while disqualified, four counts of use an unregistered vehicle, two counts of drive recklessly, furiously or in a speed and manner dangerous (second offence), use an uninsured motor vehicle, two counts of driving a vehicle without the consent of the owner and the strictly indictable offence of break, enter and commit a serious indictable offence in company.
Ms Robey said she was still making representations on a final charge of break and enter a house and steal to a value of less than $60,000.
In one of the incidents, police received a message that Green – a disqualified driver – was seen riding a small unregistered motorbike in West Albury on August 18, just after 4pm.
Police arrived and saw him riding along Kurrajong Crescent with a male passenger on the back – neither of them wearing helmets.
The motorbike had no indicators or brake lights.
Green, now 19, took off down the road and onto the footpath, travelling at 30kmh to 40km for 150 metres, actions police described as dangerous to the public.
Three days later Green was seen riding an unregistered 125cc motorbike near Jacaranda Street.
The incident involving the car happened on August 14.
Police saw Green driving the car, with no number plates, in Mate Street, North Albury.
Soon after his car accelerated, reaching speeds of between 120kmh and 140kmh in residential streets with a 50km/h limit.
Green will be sentenced on November 16.
Magistrate Tony Murray formally refused bail for Green, who is already serving a jail term.
