Tamara Mathews and Tracy Way have been appointed co-coaches of A and B grade, with Leanne Meredith C grade coach.
Mathews has won back-to-back premierships with the C grade team, while Way has coached the C and B grade teams at Lavington.
“We’ll bring fresh ideas given that Tracy and I haven’t coached that group before,” Mathews said.
“I think we’ll work well together in terms of utilising our knowledge and skills.
“Trials will happen early next year but we would expect we’d keep a core group of girls and we’ll be running A and B grade together as a squad.
“We do that with the intention of bringing the younger players through the grades.”
Mathews said the playing group would remain intact.
Defender Kate Yensch (illness) and mid-courter Courtney Mason (injury) are likely to be available full-time next year.
