Former Essendon footballer Nathan Lovett-Murray will captain the Dhudhuroa team while Chris Ngulkurr is leading Murrinh-patha.
Collingwood player Ben Reid will take part in the half-time activities.
The match between the two language groups starts from 3pm and coincides with the Bright P-12 College Country Fair.
Part of the school’s Indigenous languages program, the game has been moved to a weekend to allow more people in the community to participate.
