POLICE have executed search warrants in Wodonga following a string of recent break-ins.
Officers attended a home in Stott Court early this morning and arrested nine people.
It is believed the arrests relate to a group that has been dubbed the “t-shirt bandits”, allegedly responsible more than 30 commercial robberies.
A 22-year-old man, a 21-year-old man, a 45-year-old woman, a 19-year-old woman, a 16-year-old boy, two 17-year-old boys and two 15-year-old boys are in custody.
It's believed another person at the scene was later arrested.
Some of those arrested are not directly connected to the gang.
Police removed a range of items from the property, including a black Nike hoodie, black Zoo York t-shirt and a pair of Nike shoes from one room.
Police are yet to lay charges.
