The three-hour event will be held at the SS and A Club from 5.30pm on November 27.
Club chairperson Ruth Ellis said they hoped at least 100 people would attend.
“I admire the businesses, we have not had one rejection and they have been very generous,” she said.
“Headspace gives younger people the attention they need now to prevent mental health problems in the future.
“We want to give young people every assistance we can.”
Hothouse tickets, kids toys, luggage and Christmas hampers will all be up for auction.
Committee member Laurie Dunn said they were still in need of more donations.
“The more people we can get there, the merrier,” he said.
Finger food will be available and the club is still is encouraging the community to get behind Headspace.
Entry to the event is free, however a $10 donation will secure participants a raffle ticket and a drink on arrival.
