Although the Swampies defeated their opponents by 16 runs, it wasn’t enough to lift them into the top two.
Culcairn could only manage 112 on a slow outfield with Daniel Hore-Smith and Shaun Joyce grabbing three wickets each.
Steve Brand top-scored with 25.
The visitors responded with 8-128 thanks to Hore-Smith’s 25 not out.
“It was a good win but not quite enough to get us into the final,” Henty skipper Chris Manns said.
“We only reached their score with three or four overs left.
“It was still a good effort though.”
Osborne will host Culcairn in the decider on Saturday.
It will be the first time Osborne has played in a grand final since crossing over the Brocklesby and District association.
