His antics included driving at 140km/h in a 50km/h North Albury speed zone in an effort to evade police.
Green flew through a red traffic light at the Waugh Road intersection at 100km/h.
Magistrate Tony Murray said it was “down to good luck than anything else” that an innocent person did not end up falling victim to Green’s driving.

Green, 19, was to have been sentenced in Albury Local Court on Monday afternoon.
But Mr Murray said the matters were so serious that he wanted extra time to consider his penalty for Green, who appeared by video link from jail.
He will instead sentence Green on Tuesday morning.
Mr Murray said it was abundantly clear that there had to be some cumulative aspect of the sentences he handed down.
Concurrent terms, he said, would lessen the gravity of Green’s offending.
“He will go to jail and for a long time.”
Green pleaded guilty late last month to several separate sets of charges.
These comprise 11 counts, including four of driving while disqualified and two of reckless driving or in a manner dangerous.
He pleaded guilty on Monday to three other unrelated charges including aggravated break and enter in company, for which he will be sentenced in the District Court on January 11.
The North Albury incident was on August 14 when police saw Green driving a car, with no number plates, in Mate Street.
Green then rode a small unregistered motorbike in West Albury on August 18.
Police saw him riding along Kurrajong Crescent with a male passenger on the back, neither of them wearing helmets.
Green took off down the road and onto the footpath, travelling at 30kmh to 40km for 150 metres.
Three days later Green was seen riding an unregistered 125cc motorbike.
Solicitor Sue Robey said Green had a history of such offending, but was always co-operative with police.
That prompted Mr Murray to comment how Green “just continues to commit offences, day-after-day-after-day”
“It’s days, not weeks or months,” he said of the gaps between Green’s law breaking.
“He has an absolutely disgraceful record and no regard for the law.”
