The world No.60 will return home on December 6 for a camp at the Wodonga Tennis Centre.
The camp will be run over one day from 9am-3pm and is open to all coaches and juniors in the region.
The 28-year-old was back on court on Monday, hitting balls for the first time since early October.
Groth is recovering from surgery to his right foot, which ended a career-best season.
The right-hander had been dealing with a nerve issue in his foot for several months.
Groth’s last match – at the Japan Open in Tokyo – ended in a second-set retirement against Frenchman Jeremy Chardy.
Groth reached the third round at the Australian Open and at Wimbledon, and helped Australia to Davis Cup victory over Kazakhstan in Darwin in July.
Groth is expected to return to competition in January.
