Vinnies retail area manager Alan Dickens said the donations and money made from sales would go towards hampers and gift cards for families in need.
“We’re trying to take the charity to the people, instead of making the people come to the charity,” he said.
The volunteer-run market will continue at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church hall until 2.30pm Monday.
