An Albury woman charged over an alleged $4 million fraud is expected to face a paper committal in January.

Melissa Jade Higgins was arrested by police on March 30 over matters relating to her family day care business.
Higgins appeared again before Albury Local Court this week as the Crown filed a set of new charges and withdrew a host of others.
She now faces 67 counts of aid, abet, counsel or procure to obtain a financial advantage by deception.
Of the previous 61 charges Higgins was facing, the Crown withdrew charges one to 23 of obtain a financial advantage by deception.
Higgins, 27, continues to face charges 24 to 38 of use a forged document for a public official to accept as genuine, as well as charge 61 of dealing in the proceeds of crime to a value greater than $1 million.
Higgins was arrested after a joint operation by Australian Federal Police and the Commonwealth departments of Human Services and Social Services.
She was bailed to reappear on January 18.
