A 48-year-old man drove off Lake Mokoan Road about 10.50am.
The vehicle hit an embankment, became airborne, hit a farm fence and smashed into the gumtree at a height of about two metres.
Police are investigating speed, fatigue, mobile phone use and a medical condition as possible causes.
