The Ford utility was found burning on London Road in Wodonga about 4.15am on Wednesday following the ram raid.
A 20-year-old Wodonga man and two 16-year-old Wodonga youths have been charged after being arrested on Wednesday night.
They are facing charges including burglary, theft, handle stolen goods, driving offences, assault police and arson.
