The crew from Party Unlimited Motorcycle Club will be donating play things and other goods to the Salvation Army at Wodonga's water tower at 10.30am.
A $5 hour-long ride, with a mystery destination and welcome to all, will then leave at 11am with proceeds to go to the Salvos.
Both Wodonga and Albury units will benefit from Party Unlimited's generosity with the annual toy run in its 28th year.
Wodonga's Captain Russell Anderson said the assistance was needed with his group replacing hampers with supermarket vouchers this Christmas.
"Funding cuts and losing two staff has made it not possible to put 150 hampers together," he said.
Captain Anderson said $6000 worth of grocery vouchers, in denominations between $30 and $90, would be distributed.
Lieutenant Deb Parsons, of Albury's Salvation Army, said more than 140 hampers would be packaged for those across Albury and Corowa.
"We work very much on local donations and the local donations in Albury have been fantastic this year," she said.
"The Shepparton Cannery has given us 100 $50 vouchers to give out and that's on top of our own vouchers."
Last year the Albury Salvos delivered 100 hampers.
