The 19-year-old Lavington sprinter has been given a handicap of 9.5m, with defending champion Craig Mair to run off 9.75.
Mair clocked 12.42sec from 14 metres in January to finish ahead of Albury’s Daniel Steinhauser and 2014 champion Luke Stevens.
Lehmann, who finished second behind Mair in their semi-final, believes making the final is a realistic aim.
“I’ve run better this season than I did last season and I’m probably a bit stronger,” Lehmann said.
“The handicap isn’t too bad, it’s what I expected to get and it’s better than last year.”
Lehmann is the defending champion at Albury in the 70m backmarkers and the 400m open.
