Albury City acting mayor David Thurley said he was not even sure if other prominent downtown clocks had the right time.
“We seem to have a time warp in central Albury,” he said. “It is a pity about the post office clock because it’s such a beautiful building.”
While it’s uncertain how long the hands have been static, an Australia Post spokeswoman was unable to comment.
