A NOTORIOUS stretch of road at Koetong has been the scene of another major crash, with police and witnesses saying it’s a miracle the driver was able to walk away unhurt.
The vehicle rolled onto its side, slid about 60 metres, and rolled again when it hit an embankment.
The force of the crash separated the truck’s cab from its trailer, with the cab landing on its wheels and the trailer landing on its roof.

A STRIP club has been given the green light to open in Albury, but with 16 strict conditions on its liquor licence.
The club, which received its licence last Thursday, will operate under the same roof as the existing Centrefolds brothel in Drome Street.

TERRIFYING footage emerged of a speeding driver in Wodonga narrowly missing another vehicle by centimetres.
The footage, shot by a video camera next to the red light camera on the Lincoln Causeway, shows the vehicle travelling towards the intersection at high speed.

NORTH Albury footballer Jarrah Maksymow was touted as a possible AFL prospect, but wound up behind bars in February this year
Maksymow, 22, was on bail for two assault matters when he allegedly assaulted two men outside Lavington’s Boomerang Hotel.

Peter Howland lost his life in February this year when his quad bike overturned and pinned him to the ground on his Tallandoon property.
Peter was remembered by his three children as being a a man who loved using Aussie slang and that he lived for his children and grandchildren.
