Entry fees and weekend trading hours will be un-changed at the Albury Swim Centre and Waves Wodonga.
Wangaratta’s Olympic pool is offering free entry until Sunday.
Both the Olympic pool and Mitchell Avenue splash park will also have extended open hours.
Waves Duty Manager Evan Barry said they were expecting big crowds.
“We've got life guards on standby and had four on deck on Friday,” he said.
“We are advising patrons to keep hydrated and wear sunscreen as they come through the gate.”
Albury Swim Centre operator Kelly Tanner said visitation increased on Friday.
"Most schools have finished now so I expect it will really pick up, especially this week.”
Albury and Waves will be open until 9pm while Wangaratta pools are open until 8.30pm.
