Festival-goers can sample a signature dish by a regional chef or producer matched to a Rutherglen wine at each of the 17 participating wineries.
Among highlights Jones Winery and Jones Winery Cafe will offer Socca de Nice (chickpea pancake) topped with fennel and onion marmalade, beef bresaola and a snow pea tendril and apple salad with a Jones 2015 Fiano.
Anderson Wines and The Victoria Hotel will serve Louisiana-styled pulled pork sliders with 13-hour slow roasted local Rivalea pork and traditional coleslaw and Warrabilla 2008 Reserve Shiraz.
Over both days a range of events will take place at wineries including inclusive wine dinners, masterclasses, dinners under the stars and live bands.
Festival entry of $20 provides a festival wristband and tasting glass. Meal and wine tickets cost $20 each, redeemable at any of the 17 wineries.
