Police stopped her Ford Falcon in Tarakan Avenue about 7.55pm on Tuesday for a random breath test.
The 26-year-old returned a reading of 0.09 and enquiries revealed the licence disqualification.
The woman is one of at least 10 drink drivers caught by Albury police during a Christmas and new year roads operation.
Sergeant Matt Zemaitis said 10,647 breath tests had been conducted and 263 speeding tickets issued.
“When you consider that we’ve conducted 10,000-plus breath tests and have only caught about 10, most people are heeding the message,” he said.
“However some people have decided to take the risk.
“That’s the disappointing aspect, that some people aren’t heeding the message.”
Victorian highway patrol officers caught a 24-year-old woman driving at 164km/h on the Murray Valley Highway at Browns Plains about 5pm on Monday.
The 24-year-old’s car was impounded for 30 days and she must face court.
A Christmas Day driver was also caught travelling at 150km/h at Bowna and returned a blood alcohol reading of 0.066 at Albury police station.
The 24-year-old will face court in February.
But Sergeant Zemaitis said it was positive that there had been no major crashes.
“We’ve been quite fortunate that we haven’t had any serious collisions or accidents,” he said.
“We have not had any fatalities which is quite pleasing.”
