From January 1 public transport fares will rise by an average of 3.2 per cent.
Following customer feedback, Public Transport Victoria will extend the off-peak discount of 30 per cent to concession customers travelling on non-myki V/Line services on weekends.
Discounted tickets for seniors, students and weekend and public holiday travel will continue.
