The accolade, which recognises the outstanding achievements of Border athletes, is in its tenth year under the Sport Albury Wodonga banner.
Chairman Rob McDonald encouraged sporting clubs to nominate their highest achievers.
“It's important for clubs to put forward their talent,” he said.
“The award is about providing recognition for our local achievers.
“It has tremendous history and I'm sure we will have another batch of future champions coming through.”
Former winners of this prestigious award include Emma George, Lauren Jackson, Jesse Featonby, Scott Martin, Sam Groth, and Britteny Cox, just to name a few.
Nomination forms are available on the Sport Albury-Wodonga Facebook page.
Last year's award winner was Wodonga go-karting champion Jordan Boys.
