After being set a modest 185 for victory, the Bushies cruised to victory with Trent Ball (71) and Nathan Thompson (62) helping them to 250.
“Tallangatta is the best side we have played this year,” Mackinlay said.
“Any side with Steve Wood batting at No.10 isn’t bad is it?”

Lavington looked a chance early when it had the home team 4-119 and thought it had skipper Matt Armstrong caught in the slips soon after.
But the umpires gave Armstrong the benefit of the doubt and the Bushies regrouped to post an important win.
James Weighell made 32 down the order.
“We probably didn’t bowl well enough for long enough,” Mackinlay said.
“It’s important we move on and focus on Albury now.
“Both sides need a win to stay in the six.”
Lavington quick Nathan Brown was restricted to seven overs due to shoulder soreness.
